Speaker(s):

Zinep Bais is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Zineb began her career in consulting in France before moving to Morocco, where she worked in telecom and banking, holding key positions in innovation and human resources. Her journey reflects a consistent focus on organizational and digital transformation, and talent development.

Alongside her career, she founded Mentor’Elles in 2016 — an association aimed at improving women's access to professional opportunities through mentoring, inspiration, knowledge-sharing, and networking. Powered by nearly 250 volunteer members, the initiative offers mentoring programs, masterclasses, and inspirational events to support women’s professional growth.

In 2023 and 2025, she co-authored “Les Intrépides”, Volumes 1 and 2 — a bilingual children’s book series that highlights inspiring stories of Moroccan women. Through engaging storytelling, the books offer young readers bold and relatable role models, helping to broaden their horizons and redefine their path to success.

Through her various initiatives, Zineb actively promotes a more inclusive environment and champions intergenerational learning and experience-sharing. She is deeply convinced that visibility of diverse female journeys is essential to inspire belief, drive ambition, and expand what the next generation can dream and achieve.

This talk explores the transformative power of role models in shaping young minds, through the inspiring journey of Mentor’Elles, a Moroccan NGO committed to women’s empowerment. At the heart of this journey lies “Les Intrépides / El Wa3rates”, a bilingual book series that tells the real-life stories of remarkable Moroccan women who dared to dream big and overcame adversity to create lasting impact. By blending storytelling, mentorship, and social engagement, this initiative helps children – especially girls – envision new possibilities for their future, and supports a broader cultural shift towards gender equality and inclusive leadership. The presentation will reflect on how visibility and inspiration can lead to belief, and belief to action.
